Products and availability
Bergastat is a food supplement packaged in 60-tablet bottles. Images and descriptions are indicative: the actual characteristics of the product are shown on the packaging and in the nutritional sheet.
Orders are subject to stock availability. In case of unforeseen unavailability you will be contacted promptly and you may choose whether to wait or receive a refund.
Prices and payments
Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before order confirmation.
Payment is made through the methods provided at checkout (Stripe). Payment data never transits through our servers.
Shipping
We ship across Italy with free delivery. For other countries, costs and times are calculated at checkout. Indicative times: 2–5 business days in Italy.

Right of withdrawal
Under the Italian Consumer Code, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase, without giving reasons, by returning the product intact. The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method.
Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated.
Warranty and conformity
The product is covered by the warranties provided by the Italian Consumer Code. In case of defects of conformity, write to info@bergastat.com with a description of the problem and your order number.
Product warnings
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3. In case of pregnancy, breastfeeding or ongoing treatments, consult your doctor before use.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is the one of the place of residence or domicile. The possibility of using the European Commission's ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) remains available.
