We ship Bergastat across Italy with free delivery and quick turnaround. Below the essential information on shipping, timing and return rights.
Where we ship
Italy (including the islands). For other European countries, costs and times are calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs
- Italy: free shipping on every order.
- Abroad: costs automatically calculated based on destination, before payment.
Delivery times
- Italy: 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
- Abroad (Europe): 5–10 business days, depending on the country.
Indicated times are not guaranteed in case of extraordinary or objective events (strikes, natural disasters, customs checks).
Tracking
You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the package is picked up by the courier. You can monitor delivery status at any time.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return the product and receive a full refund, under the Italian Consumer Code.
To start a return, write to info@bergastat.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated.
